High Torque Coreless Motor Servo for Robotic DIY and RC Cars

The DS3235 35KG Coreless Stainless Steel Gear Waterproof Digital Servo offers a wide operating voltage range of 5-7.4V. At a 5.0V operating voltage, the servo exhibits an operating speed of 0.13 seconds per 60 degrees, while at 6.0V and 7.4V, the operating speeds improve to 0.12 seconds and 0.11 seconds per 60 degrees, respectively.

The stall torque of this servo is also impressive, reaching 29kg/cm at 5.0V, 32kg/cm at 6.0V, and an impressive 35kg/cm at 7.4V when the servo is locked. The stall current, which is the current drawn by the servo when it is locked, also increases from 1.9A at 5.0V to 2.1A at 6.0V and 2.3A at 7.4V.

This servo features a coreless motor design and uses a combination of copper and aluminum or stainless steel and aluminum for the gears. The servo's high-precision metal gears are hard-anodized, providing excellent durability and reliability. Additionally, the servo's CNC-machined aluminum middle shell and dual ball bearings contribute to its smooth operation and long life.
